Good Travel Advice

This coming Thursday Shirley and I will be leaving for a long anticipated blue-line highway trip out west.  We’ll be avoiding the interstates to the extent possible and sticking to the lesser-traveled roads that previously appeared on paper maps as blue lines.  Anyway, we’ll be traveling in the Vette.  Yesterday I asked a friend to pray for us, especially Shirley, as she was going to be getting an extended dose of closeness with me that could push her patience.  His reply:  “I believe that Altoids, Gas-X, a good deodorant, and Advil would help a lot.”  Pretty good advice.  Thanks Mark.
